Live Webinars - Important Please Read

**Since these are live webinars, you will have the opportunity to ask questions & during the webinar you will be required to respond to at least one poll question.  Failure to respond to the poll question can disqualify you from receiving credits for the webinar.  You must provide a photo of yourself holding up a photo ID to be sent right before, during or immediately after the webinar (this must be done for each webinar you register for).  Instructions on how to send your photo will be provided in your registration confirmation.

**Registration for all webinars MUST be completed no later than one hour before the start time of the webinar – no exceptions.  The link to join the webinar will be sent just prior to the start (within one hour) of the webinar.

**PLEASE NOTE:   If email address is different, you will not me recognized therefore NO credits will be awarded.

Steps to Comply with Live Webinar
1. The identity of attendees must be verified using a government-issued photo ID. 
    a. We will have attendees show their ID on video at the beginning of the class 
2. Have attendees send a picture of themselves with the photo ID at the beginning of class 
    a. For webinars with less than 20 attendees, we will have attendees show their ID
    on video at the beginning of the class.  For larger webinars, each attendee that is
    requesting pesticide recertification credits will be asked to send (email or text) a
    photo of themselves with their photo ID as the class is beginning. This will be
    checked during the class.

3. The course coordinator must ensure that attendees who receive credit are present for the entire course. 
    a. Keep attendees periodically on camera throughout the course 
    b. Use periodic class participation that requires a response from the attendee, and refuse credit to those who do not respond in a timely manner 
    c. Zoom provides a report at the conclusion of a webinar on the sign in and sign out time of each attendee.  This report can be 
used to verify who remained on for the entirety of the webinar and, therefore, is eligible to receive credits. The Speaker will be asking questions during the presentation, also.

4. The course coordinator must ensure late comers do not receive credit.  
    a. Lock entrance to the webinar after it begins 
    b. Track attendees log-in and log-out times (Zoom will allow us to track attendees log-in and log-out times (report mentioned above).
