Protective Equipment for Pesticides: Reading Between the Lines of the Label - Personal Protective Equipment is the weakest link in protecting yourself from pesticide exposure. This presentation will address interpreting pesticide label language for personal protective equipment, especially gloves. It will distinguish “chemical resistance” from “chemical resistant”. It will introduce measures of barrier performance (degradation, penetration, and permeation). Applicators can only select and use PPE properly if they understand these limitations.

2017 New Laws - New Motor Vehicle regulations recently adopted in New Jersey which will have significant and immediate effect on many landscape and nursery businesses. There will be an inside class
for the first hour and then the class will move outside for a complete description and hands-on class with the Trooper going over all the details of an inspection and what is expected.
