Scholarships |
We have established several scholarships: The Art Rudolph FundThe Art Rudolph fund was established in recognition of Art Rudolph who was a longtime salesman for Monrovia Nursery. He was adamant about improving the image of the green industry. The fund has been used to establish an internship at Rutgers Garden on the campus of Rutgers University. Each year an intern at the garden receives money from the fund to help offset expenses related to work at the gardens as well as educational trips that are taken during the interns time at the garden. The Ron Enyingi FundThis is an endowed fund established at the County College of Morris in memory of Ron Enyingi, past president of NJNLA, who was a member of the CCM Landscape and Horticultural Technology Program Advisory Committee. The scholarship is awarded annually to the student pursuing a degree in Landscaping at the County College of Morris who best exemplifies the high standards that Enyingi always adhered to both personally and professionally. The Donald Jr. and Karen Johnson FundThis endowed scholarship program was established in 2014 and is at Cumberland County College. It is named in memory of Donald and Karen Johnson, whose were long time nursery growers in Cumberland County and strong supporters of the horticulture program at Cumberland County.
