Each year, NJNLA has the privilege of recognizing individuals and businesses whose dedication, leadership and accomplishments make a difference in New Jersey’s nursery, landscape and horticultural industry.

Now we need your help identifying this year’s honorees!

Think about the people you work with, learn from and admire. Who goes above and beyond for our industry? Who is helping move the green industry forward? Who deserves to be recognized by their peers?

We are currently accepting nominations for the following 2026 NJNLA Awards:

• Horticultural Professional of the Year – recognizing outstanding contributions to New Jersey’s commercial horticulture industry
• Young Professional of the Year – recognizing an emerging industry professional who represents the very best of the future of our industry
• Retailer of the Year – recognizing an NJNLA retail garden center that demonstrates outstanding commitment and forward thinking
• Distinguished Service Award – recognizing an individual who has generously given their time and resources to support and grow New Jersey’s horticulture industry
• Green Industry Advocate of the Year – recognizing a legislator or other advocate who has championed the green industry through legislation or other initiatives

Your nomination could help us recognize someone who truly deserves to be celebrated. This year’s recipients will be honored at the NJNLA Annual Awards Celebration on November 12th at Johnson's Locust Hall Farm, where we’ll come together to recognize some of the very best people in New Jersey’s green industry.
